Produced by The Coffee Gardens, a pioneering project in Bukyabo, this coffee reflects both exceptional craftsmanship and strong community values. Founded in 2017, The Coffee Gardens champions farmer livelihoods, gender equality, and environmental sustainability while producing some of Uganda’s most exciting specialty lots.

After harvest, the coffee undergoes a 40-hour submerged fermentation after pulping before being slowly dried. The result is a silky, fruit-forward espresso that shines on its own or pairs beautifully with milk.

Rich and elegant yet balanced with fresh fruitiness, this espresso is a delight whether enjoyed black or with milk.
