Las Morinitas.

A well balanced coffee from Central America.

Nicaragua comprises of lush vegetation, high mountains and a mild climate creating favourable conditions for growing coffee. These beautifully balanced beans originate in the highlands of the country - Las Morenitas - stretching across Jinotega and Matagalpa as part of the Las Nubes group, producing Caturra and Marsellesa varieties.

The workers on the farm are paid 35% higher than the market rate, which also encourages the best pickers to return year after year. The coffee is picked and processed at the farms own wet mill under supervision by Production Manager Jimmy Valenzuela and is cupped by Jeyson Chavarria as a final step in cup quality control.

Sweet yet bold, this coffee boasts flavours of cherry, vanilla and chocolate with a hint of soft caramel.
